Key Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials, such as wood pulp and recycled paper, using forklifts or other equipment.
- Machine Operation: Operate machinery and equipment under the guidance of experienced operators, following safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Quality Control: Monitor the production process and assist in conducting quality checks to ensure that paper products meet specifications and standards.
- Packaging: Assist in packaging finished paper products, including stacking, wrapping, and labeling, for shipment and distribution.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area, including sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
- Assistance: Provide general assistance to the production team as needed, including fetching tools and materials, and performing routine tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Teamwork: Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and goals.
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Language: Basic proficiency in English is preferred. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Visa: Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE, with visa sponsorship provided by WAHAA MANPOWER L.L.C.
