Key Responsibilities (General)

- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and professionalism in all areas.
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and departments.
- Follow operational procedures and hotel policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
- Degree/diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent grooming, communication, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (weekends/holidays).
