Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to address their needs. Provide hands-on therapy, exercise programs, and other interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall function.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques. Empower patients to take an active role in their recovery and well-being.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for patients.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Equipment and Facility Management: Manage and maintain physiotherapy equipment and treatment areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Continuing Education: Stay current with the latest developments in physiotherapy research and practice. Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall improvement of clinical services and patient care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist in the United Arab Emirates.
- Proven experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
