We are seeking a creative and skilled Pizza Chef to join our culinary team at Sohum Wellness. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
- Develop and test new pizza recipes that align with Sohum Wellness’ commitment to health and wellness.
- Customize pizzas to meet specific dietary needs and preferences, including gluten-free, vegan, and low-calorie options.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal and special event menus.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques and ingredients into pizza offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or wellness center.
- Strong knowledge of different pizza styles, dough preparation, and baking techniques.
- Ability to create visually appealing and flavorful pizzas that cater to various dietary requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
