Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Planning Engineer to join our team at BConnect Solutions Group. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key achievements and any areas of concern.
- Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in project planning and execution.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.
- Utilize project management software and tools to track and manage project activities.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential project risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or in a similar project management role.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
