Key Responsibilities:

(Depending on role)

  • Monitor and improve plant operations and equipment reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.
  • Prepare technical documentation and project reports.
  • Support procurement, HR, finance, and administrative workflows.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in training, audits, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or relevant fields.
  • Experience:
  • Freshers welcome for entry-level roles.
  • 3–10 years preferred for mid to senior-level roles.
  • Skills:
  • Technical knowledge in petrochemical/fertilizer operations.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Nebosh, PMP, ISO, SAP experience, or equivalent.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: QAR 6,000 to QAR 18,000/month (based on role and experience)
