Key Responsibilities (Varies by Position)
- Monitor, operate, and maintain power and water plant systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical systems and instruments
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Perform routine inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance
- Maintain records, logs, and operational reports
- Support plant upgrades and project execution
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external contractors
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, etc.) or related technical field
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience (Gulf experience preferred)
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Working knowledge of SCADA/DCS systems for technical roles
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and quality assurance
- Valid Qatari work visa or transferable NOC (preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers may apply for junior or assistant positions

- Monthly Salary: QAR 5,000 to QAR 30,000+ (based on experience and role)
