Key Responsibilities (General Roles)
For Medical & Clinical Roles:
- Diagnose and manage patient conditions efficiently.
- Perform required procedures or assist during surgeries.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals for holistic treatment.
- Ensure documentation and patient records are accurately maintained.
- Comply with all UAE MOH licensing and clinical guidelines.
For Nursing:
- Monitor and assess patient health.
- Administer medications and assist doctors during procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and patient safety protocols.
For Administrative & Support Roles:
- Manage daily operational tasks (billing, reception, HR, etc.).
- Coordinate patient appointments and records.
- Support medical staff with technology and communication tools.
Qualifications and Requirements
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant field.
- Valid UAE MOH/DOH/DHA License (or eligibility) for clinical roles.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
Example for Nurses:
- BSc in Nursing or GNM with UAE MOH license.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in ICU, ER, or OT.
Salary and Benefits (Estimates)
- Doctors/Consultants: AED 25,000 – AED 70,000/month
- Specialists/Nurses/Technicians: AED 5,000 – AED 15,000/month
- Administrative/Support Staff: AED 3,500 – AED 8,000/month
