Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent):
- Execute and manage construction project activities as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor site work progress and report to project managers
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
- Prepare BOQs, technical reports, and documentation
- Participate in inspections and testing procedures
- Maintain inventory and handle material requisition
- Provide accurate daily updates and assist in resource planning
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience (some roles open to freshers)
- Gulf experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to read construction drawings and technical specifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera (where applicable)
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Physically fit and able to work in construction environments
- Valid passport and readiness to relocate to Qatar
