Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our esteemed team at Lumiere Skin & Cosmetic Groups. Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure all administrative tasks related to client appointments are handled efficiently.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage the appointment booking system, schedule client appointments for skincare treatments, cosmetic procedures, and consultations, and coordinate with the appropriate staff members to ensure smooth scheduling and efficient use of resources.
  • Client Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and provide information about our services, pricing, and availability in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Client Care: Assist clients with completing necessary forms, updating personal information, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have before, during, or after their appointments.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies to support the smooth operation of the front desk and administrative functions.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the reception area, waiting room, and common areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients and staff.
  • Payment Processing: Process client payments, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily receipts with appointment records to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our skincare products, cosmetic treatments, and promotional offers to effectively promote and upsell products and services to clients as appropriate.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other staff members, including dermatologists, aestheticians, and administrative personnel, to coordinate client appointments, resolve scheduling conflicts, and address client needs and preferences.
  • Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Assist with special projects, events, or other duties as assigned by management to support the overall goals and objectives of Lumiere Skin & Cosmetic Groups.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality, administration, or related fields preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a spa, salon, medical office, or luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with appointment scheduling software or electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, particularly when handling confidential client information and processing financial transactions.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a positive attitude and willingness to assist clients and colleagues.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic is a plus.
  • UAE residency or valid work permit required.
