Position Summary:

NATIONAL GROUP is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Qatar. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team and facilitating the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and business success. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing inquiries, preparing sales quotations, and following up on sales leads. Assist with order processing, documentation, and logistics coordination.
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and offering assistance throughout the sales process. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales activities and schedules to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners to fulfill customer orders and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics. Prepare sales reports and analysis for management review.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability. Track product availability, backorders, and delivery schedules.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in coordinating marketing activities such as promotional events, product launches, and advertising campaigns. Provide input on marketing materials and collateral.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and sales presentations. Ensure all documentation is accurate, organized, and accessible.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to achieve sales targets and objectives. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions.


  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred. Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Ability to build rapport with customers and address their needs effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and order processing.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or coursework in sales, marketing, or business administration is beneficial.
