Job Description:

The Salon Supervisor at PromoQ will oversee the daily operations of our high-end salon, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and a commitment to providing an outstanding client experience. The Salon Supervisor will manage staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure the salon maintains its reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of beauty professionals, including hairstylists, estheticians, and nail technicians. Provide ongoing training and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Ensure all clients receive superior service. Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage staff schedules to optimize service availability and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of salon products and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure continuous availability and manage costs effectively.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Promote additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist in managing the salon’s budget, including tracking expenses, processing transactions, and preparing financial reports.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all salon activities comply with local health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on salon performance, including staff productivity, sales figures, and client feedback, and present them to senior management.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their preferences and needs are understood and met.
  • Maintenance: Ensure the salon environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Diploma or certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory role within the beauty industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent customer service and communication abilities, and proficiency in using salon management software.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
