Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to consultants and senior management, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and managing calendars.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as required.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
  • Assist with office procurement, including ordering supplies and equipment, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including conferences, seminars, and workshops.
  • Handle general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative support role, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
