As a Service Crew member at Roasters, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the restaurant.
- Assisting customers in placing their orders and providing menu recommendations as needed.
- Operating cash registers and processing payments accurately.
- Preparing and packaging food orders according to company standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Restocking supplies and ensuring that all necessary items are readily available for customers.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive dining experience for customers.
- Following all food safety and hygiene protocols to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
