Requirements and Qualifications

Shell hires across various levels, from fresh graduates to senior experts. General expectations include:

For Technical & Engineering Roles:

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical, Electrical, etc.)

  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience (for mid-level roles)
