Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments of merchandise and verify the accuracy of orders.
- Unload and unpack boxes of merchandise, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with merchandise according to established guidelines.
- Ensure that products are neatly arranged and organized for easy access by customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding restocking needs.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the stockroom and store floor area.
- Assist customers with locating merchandise and provide friendly and helpful service.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or stocking roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
