Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve store objectives, including sales targets, customer service standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by actively engaging with customers, resolving complaints, and providing personalized service.
- Sales and Profitability: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring store performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels and inventory accuracy, coordinate with the stock team for timely replenishment, and ensure that the store is always well-stocked with high-demand products.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the store layout and visual merchandising meet the brand’s guidelines and standards, creating an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, analyze store performance, and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making.
- Training and Development: Train new team members, conduct regular coaching sessions, and support the development of staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Operational Compliance: Ensure that all store operations comply with company policies, procedures, and local regulations, including health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment, preferably in luxury or high-end brands.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
