Key Responsibilities by Role
Engineering & Operations
- Monitor and maintain chilled water networks and HVAC systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and ensure operational efficiency.

Supervisory / Senior Technical
- Lead teams of operators and technicians; oversee safety and performance.

Skills & Certifications:
- Technical competence with chillers, HVAC systems, automation controls.
- Audit roles: knowledge of risk frameworks.
- Cybersecurity: certifications such as CISSP, CISM may be beneficial.
