Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on various types of equipment, ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently and safely.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical problems and determine the best course of action to resolve issues promptly, minimizing downtime.
- Installation: Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems, following manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring that the work environment is safe for all team members and that all equipment is in compliance with safety standards.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work, including parts used, time spent, and any issues encountered.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Technician Service professional, preferably in specific industry relevant to the role, e.g., manufacturing, HVAC, electrical, etc.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex technical issues.
