Key Responsibilities (General Roles)

For Medical Staff (Doctors/Nurses/Technicians):

• Provide high-quality patient care and follow hospital standards.
• Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to manage patient treatment plans.
• Monitor patient recovery and respond to emergencies.

For Administrative & Support Roles:

• Handle patient registrations, billing, and insurance claims.
• Maintain confidentiality and patient data protection.
• Support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and infection control standards (for housekeeping).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in relevant field
• Valid license (QCHP/DHA/HAAD/MOH) preferred for clinical roles
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in diverse teams
• Willingness to relocate to Qatar

Salary and Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: QAR 5,000 to QAR 40,000 (Based on position & experience)
