Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high hospitality standards.
- Handle guest check-in, check-out, and reservations efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of rooms and facilities.
- Assist in food preparation and service according to brand standards.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Support the hotel’s operational departments in achieving service goals.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certifications are an advantage.
- Previous hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in rotating shifts.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-focused mindset.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: AED 3,000 – AED 15,000 per month (based on position and experience)
