Job Summary:

Robin SA Paintings is seeking a meticulous and reliable Storekeeper to manage our inventory and ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, overseeing the receipt and dispatch of goods, and ensuring that the warehouse operates efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure inventory is stored correctly.
• Receiving and Dispatching Goods: Oversee the receipt of incoming shipments, inspect goods for quality and quantity, and coordinate the dispatch of products to customers.
• Warehouse Organization: Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Order Fulfillment: Prepare and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and initiate orders for replenishment as needed to avoid shortages.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, discrepancies, and other relevant data.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or storekeeping role.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of French, German, or Luxembourgish is an advantage.
• Visa Sponsorship: Candidates must be eligible for visa sponsorship. Prior experience working abroad is beneficial but not mandatory.
