As a Warehouse Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our warehouse operations, ensuring that furniture products are handled, stored, and distributed efficiently. You will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, organizing, and preparing products for delivery while maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Handling: Assist with the loading and unloading of furniture and other products from delivery trucks, ensuring safe handling and storage of all items.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain the warehouse inventory, including labeling, tagging, and sorting products to ensure accurate tracking and easy retrieval.
- Order Preparation: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues to the warehouse supervisor.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, trash removal, and other basic maintenance tasks.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and management to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and participation in safety training sessions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
