Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Keeper to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the storage and distribution of products, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Receiving & Shipping: Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods, ensuring all products are handled and stored safely.
  • Warehouse Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Implement and enforce company policies and safety regulations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all warehouse equipment is in good working condition and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team promptly.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with warehouse staff to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow. Provide training and support to new team members.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and discrepancies, report issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Data Management: Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders. Generate reports as needed to support management decisions.
  • Customer Service: Liaise with customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in warehouse management or logistics are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role. Experience in a supervisory position is an advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
