Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Support individual students or small groups with their learning, ensuring they understand and complete tasks.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
- Supervise students during breaks, lunch, and other school activities.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.

- Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about working with children.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in education is a plus.
