Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly upon their arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage guest reservations, including processing bookings, cancellations, and modifications in the hotel management system.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and address guest requests promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests, ensuring they have a pleasant and memorable stay.
  • Handle guest payments, including processing credit card transactions and cash handling according to hotel procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, including the lobby and guest waiting areas.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and preparing reports as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure situations with composure.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
