As a Clinic Receptionist at Heal Hub, you will be the first point of contact for patients visiting our clinic. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
- Collect patient information and update records in the system.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
