Key Responsibilities:

  • Cook and assemble dishes accurately and efficiently, following standard recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling, storage, and temperature control of food items.
  • Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, rotating perishable items, and notifying management of low stock or supply shortages.
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during peak hours and busy periods.
  • Follow instructions from kitchen supervisors and chefs, communicating any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by kitchen management to support overall restaurant operations.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
