Job Description:
The Junior Finance Support role is designed for individuals passionate about finance and eager to develop their skills within a fast-paced consultancy environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the finance team to support day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and documentation.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Perform data entry, reconciliations, and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Perform other administrative and financial support tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role (internships included).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
