We are seeking a talented and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities:

Beauty Treatments: Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and other specialized skincare services, in accordance with Be Relax standards and protocols.
Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any medical conditions that may affect treatment options. Provide professional advice and personalized recommendations for skincare and beauty regimes.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued throughout their visit. Address any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized work environment, including treatment rooms, equipment, and tools. Follow all health and safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest beauty products, techniques, and industry trends. Educate clients about the benefits of Be Relax products and recommend suitable items for their skincare needs.
Sales and Retail: Promote and sell Be Relax products and packages to clients, achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall profitability of the spa.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of treatments provided, client preferences, and any relevant medical information. Ensure confidentiality and data protection standards are upheld.

Qualifications:

Education: Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist in a spa, salon, or similar environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, nail care, and hair removal. Knowledge of advanced skincare techniques and equipment is an advantage.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term client relationships.
Professionalism: High standards of personal grooming, presentation, and professional conduct. Ability to maintain a calm and positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
