Key Responsibilities:

Nail Care Services: Perform a wide range of nail care services, including classic and gel manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and nail art, ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and any nail or skin concerns. Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations for nail care and maintenance.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued throughout their visit. Address any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized work environment, including sterilizing tools and equipment and following all health and safety regulations.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest nail products, trends, and techniques. Educate clients about the benefits of Softeno Beauty Lounge products and recommend suitable items for their nail care needs.
Sales and Retail: Promote and sell Softeno Beauty Lounge products and packages to clients, achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall profitability of the lounge.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of treatments provided, client preferences, and any relevant medical information. Ensure confidentiality and data protection standards are upheld.

Qualifications:

Education: Certification or diploma in Nail Technology or a related field from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Nail Technician in a salon, spa, or similar environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in a wide range of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and nail art. Knowledge of advanced nail techniques and products is an advantage.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term client relationships.
Professionalism: High standards of personal grooming, presentation, and professional conduct. Ability to maintain a calm and positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Sales Ability: Experience in promoting and selling beauty products and services, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
