Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Burger Chef to join our team at our new premium burger restaurant. The Burger Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality burgers and related menu items, ensuring that every dish meets our exacting standards for taste, presentation, and consistency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, a creative approach to burger making, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Burger Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of gourmet burgers, ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine the burger menu, incorporating new ideas and seasonal ingredients.
- Ingredient Management: Ensure the availability and freshness of ingredients, managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers as needed.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality dishes and promptly addressing any feedback or concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Training: Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, sharing expertise in burger preparation and cooking techniques.
- Innovation: Stay updated on culinary trends and innovations in burger cuisine, continuously improving and innovating menu offerings.
Qualifications:
- Education: Culinary degree or equivalent certification in food preparation and cooking is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a chef, with a focus on burger preparation and grilling.
Skills:
- Expertise in cooking techniques related to burgers, including grilling, frying, and assembling.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
