Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, gathering their event requirements, preferences, and special requests.
- Menu Planning: Collaborate with our culinary team to create customized menus tailored to each event’s theme, dietary restrictions, and budget.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors, including venues, rental companies, and entertainment providers, to coordinate logistics and ensure all arrangements are in place.
- Event Logistics: Oversee the logistical aspects of each event, including equipment rentals, staffing requirements, and transportation logistics.
- On-site Management: Provide on-site supervision during events to ensure smooth execution, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and monitoring to ensure that events are delivered within budgetary constraints.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in catering, event planning, or hospitality is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
