Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision and Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of waitstaff and support personnel, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage the daily operations of your assigned rank, including table settings, order accuracy, and timely service, to ensure a superior dining experience for all guests.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with guests to address their needs, preferences, and feedback, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions for staff, focusing on service standards, menu knowledge, and effective communication skills.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food presentation, hygiene, and overall service quality in accordance with the hotel’s policies and guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure smooth service operations and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory and stock levels of dining essentials, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing waste.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment for both staff and guests.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French, German, or Luxembourgish is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards, culinary techniques, and hospitality best practices.
