Responsibilities:
- Operate chocolate-making machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production processes to ensure the quality and consistency of chocolate products.
- Follow recipes and instructions for mixing, molding, and tempering chocolate.
- Package finished chocolates for distribution, ensuring accurate labeling and presentation.
- Perform quality checks at various stages of the production process to maintain product standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area to meet food safety requirements.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking raw materials and finished goods.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and meet production targets.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or production is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating quantities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects.
