Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and external partners to ensure clear and efficient communication.
  • Documentation: Maintain and organize records, reports, and files to ensure easy retrieval and data integrity.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and seminars, coordinating logistics and participant engagement.
  • Data Management: Collect, analyze, and report on data to support decision-making processes and project outcomes.
  • Client Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and coordinating client-related activities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all tasks and projects.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a professional services or consulting firm.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
