Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Fish Farm Manager at Goatsbridge Trout Farm Ltd. Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of farm operations, including fish care, water quality management, feeding regimes, and maintenance of infrastructure and equipment.
• Staff Supervision: Lead and manage a team of farm operatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the efficient and effective execution of tasks.
• Fish Health and Welfare: Monitor the health and welfare of the fish population, conducting regular health checks, implementing disease prevention measures, and administering treatments as necessary.
• Environmental Stewardship: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices to minimize the farm’s impact on the surrounding ecosystem. Implement measures to promote sustainability and minimize waste.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of product quality and food safety, adhering to industry regulations and implementing quality control measures throughout the production process.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of fish stocks, health treatments, feeding schedules, water quality data, and other relevant information.
• Financial Management: Manage farm budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
• Customer Relations: Foster positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
