Encevo SA is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing and communications team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, strong technical skills, and the ability to create visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing a wide range of materials, from print and digital marketing assets to internal communications.

Key responsibilities include:
- Designing marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, and posters
- Creating digital content for websites, social media, and email campaigns
- Developing visual elements for presentations and reports
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create cohesive branding and design strategies
- Ensuring all designs meet Encevo’s brand guidelines and quality standards
- Assisting with the design and layout of corporate publications
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
- Staying up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices
- Coordinating with external vendors for printing and production
- Providing creative input on marketing campaigns and communication initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French, German, or Luxembourgish is beneficial
