Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Healthcare Sales Manager to join our team at Shelter. The Healthcare Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the healthcare sector.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their healthcare product and service needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, assess competitive trends, and develop strategies to position Shelter as a leader in the healthcare industry.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and new market segments, to expand Shelter’s presence and revenue streams.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Shelter’s healthcare products and services, as well as industry trends, regulations, and advancements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
