Job Description:
As a Cook at Cocoon Hotels Luxembourg, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality culinary experiences to our guests. Working in our hotel kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious and visually appealing dishes that meet our guests’ expectations.

- Education: High School or Diploma Degree
- Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements
Your responsibilities may include:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, according to established recipes and standards
- Ensuring that all food preparation and cooking processes comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitoring food quality and freshness, and making adjustments as needed
- Collaborating with other kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Adhering to food cost control measures and minimizing waste
- Following special dietary requirements and accommodating guest requests as necessary
- Assisting with menu planning and development as directed by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting preferred
- Culinary degree or equivalent training and experience
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
