Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, addressing them by name whenever possible.
- Assist guests with luggage, opening doors, and providing directions to various hotel facilities.
- Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times, adhering to the hotel’s grooming standards.
- Provide information about the hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, demonstrating thorough knowledge of the area.
- Monitor the entrance area to ensure it is clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences, including valet parking and transportation arrangements.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding guest information and requests.
- Adhere to safety and security procedures, including monitoring guest entrances for unauthorized individuals and reporting any suspicious activity to security personnel.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with guests and colleagues.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Valid work authorization for employment in Qatar.
