We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our human resources team at Paul Wagner et Fils S.A. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials, conducting initial orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both in digital and paper formats, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Payroll Assistance: Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying timekeeping information, assisting with payroll preparation, and addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing information on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • HR Projects: Assist with various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training and development activities, and performance management processes.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks, including preparing correspondence, organizing files, and scheduling meetings.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in an HR role or administrative support position is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Fluency in French and English is required; proficiency in German and/or Luxembourgish is a plus.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
