Position Overview:

As the Human Resources Manager at Capital Engineering Consultancy, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and other HR-related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Oversee employee relations, including managing conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employees are meeting performance expectations.
  • Manage employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
