Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and experiments to develop new biotechnological products, processes, and applications.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data, and present findings to the research team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments and research projects.
- Use advanced biotechnological techniques and technologies to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and optimize protocols and procedures for biotechnological processes.
- Perform laboratory work, including DNA manipulation, genetic engineering, and cell culture techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain laboratory equipment in good working condition.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in biotechnology and incorporate new knowledge into research projects.
- Prepare and contribute to scientific publications, reports, and presentations.
- Participate in technology transfer and assist in scaling up biotechnological processes for industrial applications.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in biotechnological research and laboratory techniques.
- Strong understanding of molecular biology, genetic engineering, and bioprocessing principles.
- Proficiency in using biotechnology tools and instruments, including PCR, electrophoresis, and spectrophotometry.
- Familiarity with gene editing technologies (e.g., CRISPR/Cas9) and protein expression systems.
- Analytical skills to interpret and analyze experimental data effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and biosafety protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
