Job Overview:
Right at Home Eastbourne is looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our supportive and friendly team. This position includes visa sponsorship for qualified overseas candidates who meet the UK Health and Care Worker visa requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and physical activities
- Support with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Record and report client condition and care updates
- Follow individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Experience in caregiving or healthcare is preferred but not required (full training provided)
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Empathetic, reliable, and patient
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Must meet UK Health and Care Worker visa eligibility
- A valid driving license is an advantage
