Position Overview:
Bloominds Events Specialist is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling graphics that enhance the company’s brand and client presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Develop original graphics for various event materials, including invitations, signage, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with Bloominds’ brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and create custom designs that reflect their preferences and event themes.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into designs to keep content fresh and engaging.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the event planning or hospitality industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in event-related materials.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Visa Status: Preference for candidates with valid UAE residency or own visa.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 2,406 per month, based on industry standards and experience.
- Benefits: Accommodation and transportation provided; additional benefits as per UAE labor laws.
