We are currently seeking freshers for the role of Health Caregiver in Abu Dhabi to join our compassionate team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance to patients, including help with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Assist in patient mobility, transferring patients to/from beds, wheelchairs, and stretchers.
• Help monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, and report any changes to senior healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients, following infection control protocols.
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families to ensure comfort and well-being.
• Help in administering medications as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Document patient conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nurse or doctor.
• Assist healthcare professionals in providing basic medical support during procedures or treatments.
• Ensure the patient’s room is clean, organized, and conducive to recovery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; any formal caregiver or nursing training is a plus but not required.
• Freshers are welcome, and on-the-job training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills and a caring attitude toward patients.
• Ability to work well under supervision and as part of a team.
• Empathy and patience, especially when dealing with vulnerable or elderly patients.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and infection control standards is a plus.
• Physically fit and able to assist with patient movement.
• Ability to work in shift schedules and adapt to varying work hours.
