Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring, and treatment of patients’ physical and psychological needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
- Perform nursing procedures and interventions, such as wound care, IV therapy, and specimen collection, following established standards of practice.
- Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to enhance nursing practice and patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Qatar or eligibility for licensure.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
