Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery Service: Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers in a timely manner, ensuring orders are accurate and meet Mama’s Chicken quality standards.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the delivery vehicle, performing routine checks and reporting any issues to the management.
- Route Management: Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries, utilizing GPS and other navigation tools.
- Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure the safety of yourself, other road users, and the integrity of Mama’s Chicken’s operations.
- Order Management: Verify order details before leaving the restaurant and upon delivery to the customer, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Assist with other restaurant tasks as needed and work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management.
Qualifications:
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a driving role, preferably in food delivery.
- Skills: Excellent driving skills, time management, and customer service abilities. Familiarity with local roads and areas in Qatar.
- Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Personality: Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift and carry food orders and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
