We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operation Supervisor to join our team. The Operation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing delivery staff, and ensuring the highest levels of service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of delivery drivers, coordinators, and support staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Route Optimization: Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure service standards are met and maintained.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety training and audits.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of delivery supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment.
- Reporting: Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and improvement strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, customer service, and IT, to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or delivery industry.
- Skills:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in logistics software and route planning tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
